How it works

1. Step 1

   Free check

   I look at your site and send you a short video of what I found. You don’t need to give me any logins.

2. Step 2

   One-time fix

   I make a full backup first. Then I update everything on a test copy of your site, so your design stays the same. When the copy works, I switch your live site over to it.

   Some sites run a version so old it no longer gets security fixes. If yours can’t be updated, I move it to a current version instead.

   You get a fixed quote before any work starts.

3. Step 3

   Monthly care

   Once your site is up to date, I keep it that way:

   • I apply updates and test them. That means WordPress or Joomla itself and its plugins (small add-on programs).
   • I keep backups of your site.
   • I check that your site is up and watch for security problems.
   • I make small text and photo changes when you ask.

   Updates run overnight US time, when your site is quiet.
